Return Policy


1. General

1.1 Good Day, Darlin (“Good Day, Darlin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website and mobile experience through www.gooddaydarlin.com (“Good Day, Darlin Platform”), through which we offer and sell our products (“Products”) to users of the Good Day, Darlin Platform (“User”, “you”, or “your”).

1.2 This return, exchange, and refund policy (“Policy”), along with our Terms & Conditions, sets out the rules for exchange requests, defect-related refunds, and order cancellation.

1.3 By accessing the Good Day, Darlin Platform and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not transact on the Platform.

2. Exchange

2.1 We currently do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed due to hygiene and garment safety reasons. We only accept exchanges for:

(i) Size issues
(ii) Verified manufacturing/print/stitching defects


2.2 Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery by emailing hello@gooddaydarlin.com with the following:

(i) A clear photo of the full garment
(ii) A clear photo of the original Good Day, Darlin return tag
(iii) A clear close-up photo of the area of concern
(iv) Order number and reason for exchange


2.3 Exchanges will be processed only after product inspection and approval by our internal team.

2.4 Products approved for exchange must meet all of the conditions below:

i) Product is unused, unwashed and in the same condition as delivered
ii) Original packaging, branded tag, and return tag are fully intact
iii) No stains, perfume traces, altered stitching or wear signs
iv) Exchange applies only to the same product purchased under the same account
v) Matching barcode/serial records in our system
vi) If purchased as a set, the full set must be returned
vii) No damage has occurred while the product was in your possession

2.5 We will not accept an exchange request if:

i) Wrong product/size/color was selected by the customer while ordering
ii) Request is made after the 7-day exchange window
iii) Damage occurred due to improper usage, washing, or handling
iv) Product was altered, damaged, or modified after delivery
v) Product value depreciated due to customer actions

2.6 Due to screen display differences, slight variations in color or design may occur and will not qualify as a defect.

2.7 We reserve the right to decline exchange requests if any conditions above are not met.

2.8 If approved and if the requested size/print is available, the replacement will be dispatched. If not available, store credit may be issued.

2.9 Reverse pick-up (where available) will be arranged by our logistics partner. In certain locations, customers may be asked to ship the product back - details will be shared upon approval.

3. Cancellation

3.1 We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been successfully placed on the Good Day, Darlin Platform.

3.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once the packing or dispatch process has begun.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds are only applicable in cases of verified manufacturing defects or in situations where a requested exchange cannot be fulfilled due to size or product unavailability, after internal inspection.

4.2 If a monetary refund is approved, processing will begin within 7–15 business days from verification. Timelines for the amount to reflect in your account depend on your bank/payment provider.

4.3 If the product is found to be ineligible for refund after inspection, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

4.4 No cash refunds are offered. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.

4.5 We reserve the right to deny a refund if exchange/refund conditions are not met.
