The website www.gooddaydarlin.com (the “Good Day, Darlin Platform” or “Website”) is owned and operated by VNL Exports Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at G-1 126/127 Garment Zone, Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, 302022, India (“Good Day, Darlin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Good Day, Darlin is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of luxury nightwear, loungewear and comfortwear garments.

This combined Privacy Policy and Brand Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit the Website, place orders, contact customer care, or otherwise use our Services. By accessing the website or using our services, you consent to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Website and our Services.

1. Brand Philosophy

Good Day, Darlin celebrates craftsmanship through storytelling-driven prints and thoughtfully made silhouettes. Each collection begins with a narrative, a moment, a memory, a feeling -  translated into prints and shapes that feel personal and familiar. Our commitment is to high-quality fabrics, intentional design, and garments that integrate into everyday life. Comfort is elevated through meaning, detail, and design integrity.

2. Product Quality & Craftsmanship

All Good Day, Darlin garments are produced in-house. Fabrics are selected for softness, breathability, durability and long-term comfort. Each piece undergoes inspection for stitching, finishing and fit accuracy to ensure it meets the brand’s quality standards.

3. Ethical Responsibility

Our production is carried out in-house under safe, fair and respectful working conditions. We do not engage in subcontracting that would undermine worker welfare. Sustainability and responsibility guide material selection, dyeing processes, packaging and waste management.

4. Pricing & Value Integrity

Pricing reflects in-house craftsmanship, premium materials and time invested in design and production. Discounts are limited to official brand-planned campaigns. Unauthorized discounting, redistribution or resale is prohibited as it undermines brand equity.

5. Sales & Distribution Rights

Good Day, Darlin products are sold exclusively through official brand platforms and approved luxury retail partners. Unauthorized resale on mass market or unapproved platforms is prohibited and may result in enforcement under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

6. Brand Communication & Voice

The Good Day, Darlin voice is refined, warm and sincere. Collaborators, representatives and influencers are expected to maintain brand coherence, represent the brand truthfully and comply with ASCI and Indian advertising standards.

7. Shipping & Delivery Standards

Orders are packaged in premium brand-approved packaging for an elevated unboxing experience. Dispatch timelines are typically 1–3 business days, with delivery timelines of 3–7 business days for metro-to-metro destinations and 5–10 business days for non-metro or remote areas. Tracking details are shared via Email / SMS / WhatsApp on dispatch. For international shipments, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


8. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We prioritise hygiene and garment integrity; therefore cancellations and returns are restricted as follows. We do not accept cancellations or returns once an order is placed. We only accept exchanges for size issues or verified print/stitching faults and exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or print. Garments must be unused, unwashed and returned in the original packaging with the Good Day, Darlin return tag intact. Exchange requests must be raised within seven (7) days of delivery and must include three clear photographs: (a) full garment,
(b) return tag, and
(c) the area of concern

After inspection and verification, a size exchange will be dispatched where available; if not available, store credit may be issued. Monetary refunds are only issued for verified manufacturing defects. Customer queries and exchange requests are acknowledged within 24–48 hours. 10. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information automatically collected when you use the Website. Information you provide directly may include name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, GST details (where applicable), date of birth, account credentials, messages, reviews and photographs you submit for exchange or quality claims. Sensitive personal information such as payment instrument details is collected only for payment processing and is handled in accordance with secure payment provider practices. Information collected automatically includes IP address, device and browser details, operating system, browsing behaviour, pages visited, cookies, analytics data and location inferred from IP address. Together these categories are referred to as “Personal Information”.

11. How We Use Personal Information

We use Personal Information to process orders and payments, deliver products, manage size exchanges and verified defects, respond to enquiries, provide customer service, communicate product and promotional information (where permitted), improve our products and Website, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We may also use aggregated and anonymised data for analytics, trend analysis and product development. Where automated systems are used for recommendations or personalised offers, you will be informed and given options to opt out where required by applicable law.

12. Third-Party Sharing & Service Providers

We do not sell or rent Personal Information. We share Personal Information with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to provide our Services, including payment processors, logistics and courier partners, warehousing partners, customer support platforms, analytics and marketing platforms, tax & legal advisors, and IT hosting providers. Each such third party is contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and to use Personal Information only for purposes we authorise. We also disclose Personal Information when required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, safety or security of Good Day, Darlin, our customers or the public.

12.(1) Typical categories of third parties

Examples of third parties with whom we share data include payment gateway providers (for example, PCI-DSS compliant processors), logistics companies that fulfil delivery, email and SMS providers for transactional and promotional communications, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and advertising platforms for permitted retargeting. We maintain a list of key processor partners and will provide details on request.

13. Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Advertising

We use cookies, web beacons, local storage and similar technologies to recognise you, remember preferences, measure and improve the effectiveness of our Website and marketing, and provide personalised content. 14. Payments & Payment Security

All online payments are processed using third-party payment gateways that comply with relevant security standards including PCI-DSS. Good Day, Darlin does not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. Payment pages are encrypted and monitored to the extent provided by our payment partners.


15. Data Retention Policy

We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting laws), to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. As a guideline, transactional and order records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for accounting and taxation purposes; marketing records are retained until you opt out; customer service records are retained for a reasonable period to manage quality and support; and technical logs are retained for operational and security reasons as per internal policies.

These rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. Please note that deletion requests may affect our ability to provide services and fulfil outstanding orders.

For European and UK residents, we process Personal Information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Processing is based on legal grounds including consent, performance of contract, legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations. 18. CCPA (California) Notice

For California residents, Good Day, Darlin complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents have the right to request details about Personal Information collected, categories of sources, purposes for collection, categories of third parties with whom we share information, and to request deletion of data. Good Day, Darlin does not sell Personal Information. To exercise CCPA rights please contact hello@gooddaydarlin.com. We will verify requests in accordance with statutory requirements.

19. Cross-Border Data Transfers

We operate primarily in India but may transfer Personal Information to third-party service providers and processors located in countries outside India for processing, storage or hosting. For international transfers we apply adequate safeguards as required under applicable law, including standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms to ensure sufficient protection of Personal Information in accordance with GDPR, CCPA and relevant data protection frameworks.


20. Automated Decision Making & Personalisation

We may use automated systems and algorithms to personalise product recommendations, sizing suggestions and marketing offers based on browsing and purchase history. Such systems do not make legal or highly consequential decisions about users. Where law requires, we will provide meaningful information about the logic involved and allow you to request human review or opt out.


21. Fraud Detection, Account Security & User Responsibility

We use fraud detection systems and monitor transactions for suspicious activity to protect our customers and the brand. We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised passwords where the user did not take reasonable precautions.


22. Live Chat, WhatsApp & Third-Party Messaging

If you communicate with us via live chat, WhatsApp or other messaging platforms, please be aware that such platforms may capture and retain conversation data. Messages may be stored by the platform provider for operational or support purposes. We will treat such messages as customer service records and handle them in accordance with this Policy.

Good Day, Darlin maintains incident response procedures designed to detect, investigate and respond to data breaches. If we become aware of a personal data breach that creates a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and, where required by law, relevant supervisory or regulatory authorities within the timescales prescribed by law (for example, within 72 hours under GDPR where feasible), and take reasonable steps to mitigate harm.


24. Children’s Privacy

The Website and Services are intended for users aged 16 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16. If we discover that we have collected Personal Information of a minor in contravention of this policy, we will delete that information promptly.


25. Intellectual Property

All Good Day, Darlin designs, brand materials, photography, copy and website content are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.


26. Violations, Enforcement & Remedies

Violations of this Policy, improper commercial use of the brand, unauthorized resale, counterfeit activity or misuse of the brand’s IP may lead to termination of partnership, financial penalties and legal action under Indian and international law as applicable.
