Summer somewhere

Muse : Yashvi

She's at home, somewhere between getting work done and not really being present. Emails are open, breakfast is taking its time, and she keeps drifting off mid task. She answers a few messages, leaves the rest for later, and catches herself staring out the window more than once.

Her mind keeps going back to the same place, the seaside. Just that familiar thought of how nice it would be to be anywhere else for a bit.

(shop the edit)

She keeps going back to the same picture in her head, a seaside somewhere warm, where winter doesn t
really apply. She s there in the same set she s wearing now, comfortable, relaxed, not checking the time or
her phone. There s a tangerine in her hand and for once she s not thinking about work at all.

She imagines sitting there longer than planned, just taking it in. The air, the sun, the nothing to do feeling.
Knowing she ll have to come back eventually, but wanting to stretch those hours out as much as possible
before real life kicks in again

Once she was on vacation, it was simply better with company. Her friend came along, in holiday mode,
turning the trip into one of those easy, unplanned getaways that just work.

This chapter doesn t end here.

We re bringing another one soon the two of them, the same vacation, and a few more stories to tell
