Shipping Policy
1. Overview
1.1 Good Day, Darlin (“Good Day, Darlin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is managed and operated from our registered office at G-1 126/127 Garment Zone, Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, 302022, India. We operate the website and mobile experience through www.gooddaydarlin.com (“Good Day, Darlin Platform”), through which we facilitate the sale and purchase of our products (“Products”) to users of the Good Day, Darlin Platform (“User”, “Users”, “you”, or “your”).
1.2 This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), sets out our procedures for the dispatch, shipping, and delivery of Products purchased on the Good Day Darlin Platform.
1.3 We provide shipping and delivery of our Products across India and take care to deliver your order in a timely and reliable manner.
1.4 By choosing to use the Good Day, Darlin Platform and/or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you are advised not to use or transact on the Good Day, Darlin Platform.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 The estimated dispatch timelines for Products are 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
2.2 Delivery timelines are:
(i) 3–7 business days for metro-to-metro delivery
(ii) 5–10 business days for non-metro or remote locations
2.3 Dispatch and tracking details will be shared with you via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is handed over to our Delivery Partner.
2.4 We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers (“Delivery Partners”) to ship and deliver Products. The details of the Delivery Partner for your order will be provided once the Product is dispatched.
2.5 We reserve the right to ship and deliver Products ourselves without engaging a Delivery Partner if required.
2.6 While we aim to ship across India, certain pin codes or regions may be considered unserviceable. If your delivery location is unserviceable, you will be notified during or after order placement.
2.7 Shipping or delivery fees may be charged based on order value, delivery location, or other applicable factors. Any such fee, once charged, is non-refundable, unless a Product is verified as damaged, incorrect, or defective due to reasons attributable to Good Day, Darlin.
2.8 Upon dispatch, you will receive a unique tracking number to follow your shipment. Tracking information is provided by the Delivery Partner and may experience delays or inconsistencies outside our control.
2.9 For timely delivery, the User must provide complete, accurate, and sufficient delivery details, including name, address, pin code, contact number, and any required landmarks. Good Day, Darlin is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.
2.10 Delivery Partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If the User is unavailable for all attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the Product to origin. Shipping charges may be deducted from any applicable refund or credit.
2.11 Delivery timelines may be affected due to:
(i) Logistical delays
(ii) Weather disruptions
(iii) Natural disasters
(iv) Political disturbance or strikes
(v) Operational issues beyond our control
(vi) Other force majeure events
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you; however, we disclaim liability for delays outside our control.
2.12 Good Day, Darlin is not responsible for service issues arising from Delivery Partner operations, including delayed delivery, package tampering, incorrect delivery, or delivery-agent errors.
2.13 Risk and title of the Products pass to the User upon successful delivery of the purchased Product to the address provided by the User.
2.14 For international orders, customs duties and import charges (if applicable) must be paid by the User unless otherwise specified.
